A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Throughout the years, I’ve become a landlord myself and have always managed my own properties.
A little bit about me. I’ve grown up in amongst renovation projects and learnt some DIY skills along the way. At 19 years old I bought my first property and I’ve never looked back, I’m not going to say how old I am now but let’s say it was a few years ago! I’ve successfully renovated my fair share of properties and I’m about to start my next project, you can follow my progress on my blog and case studies.
Throughout the years, I’ve become a landlord myself and have always managed my own properties. I’ve also worked as an Estate Agent, Letting Agent and have set up HMO’s and Professional House Shares from scratch. This is experience and knowledge you just wouldn’t get from a lot of Property Managers. Being a fellow landlord I have walked in your shoes, I’ve had my fair share of ‘nightmare’ tenants so know on a personal level how important it is to make sure all the correct paperwork is in place, especially a comprehensive Property Inventory, they are worth their weight in gold!
